Full payment is taken at the time of booking. Our Day Spa Packages and Spa Breaks are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend the booking for any reason within 48 hours’ notice from the booking, then full payment will be charged. Bookings with 3 guests or less will need to give 48 hours’ notice to transfer their booking to another date. Guests of 4 or more must give 7 days’ notice to transfer their booking.
Vouchers will be redeemed upon booking and the full cancellation policy applies to voucher redemptions also. Full terms and conditions apply.
