Age Policy Our treatments are specially tailored for adults, therefore we can not accept under 18's within the spa.

Hotel Residents The spa is not inclusive for hotel residents that have not booked on a spa residential break, however preferential rates are available and it is advisable to pre-book spa access.

Pregnant Guests We have a specifically designed treatment menu for expectant mothers and new mum's. During the first trimester treatments may be limited so please contact us prior to booking for extra help and advice. The Vitality Pool, Foot Spa's, Experience Showers, ice Fountain and Relaxation Lounges are all suitable for use whilst pregnant, please ask a member of the team on your visit if you would like further information. We would always advise you to seek advice from your doctor before booking a visit.

Cancellation Policy Full payment is taken at the time of booking. Our Day Spa Packages and Spa Breaks are non-refundable or transferable. If you are unable to attend the booking for any reason then full payment will be charged. We would advise you to take travel insurance to cover bereavement, medical appointments, medical conditions, illness and adverse weather conditions etc, to include all guests on the reservation. COVID-19 Update

For any health concerns relating to COVID-19 we would require you to move your Spa Experience to no later than two weeks time. Although your booking will remain Non-refundable, we will endeavour to move your reservation to a more suitable date in the future.
