Age Policy

Our treatments are specially tailored for adults, therefore we can not accept under 16's within the spa.

Hotel Residents

The spa is not inclusive for hotel residents that have not booked on a spa residential break, however preferential rates are available and it is advisable to pre-book spa access.

Pregnant Guests

We have a specifically designed treatment menu for expectant mothers and new mum's. During the first trimester treatments may be limited so please contact us prior to booking for extra help and advice. The Vitality Pool, Foot Spa's, Experience Showers, ice Fountain and Relaxation Lounges are all suitable for use whilst pregnant, please ask a member of the team on your visit if you would like further information. We would always advise you to seek advice from your doctor before booking a visit.

What to wear for treatments

Please wear dry swimwear or underwear for your treatments, alternatively, disposable underwear is provided for every treatment.
